Pick up in store - no charge (Please wait until we notify you that your item is packed up and ready before you come to pick up.)
 

Orders are shipped Sat-Mon excluding holidays.

Please wait until we notify you that your item is packed up and ready before you come to pick up. To collect your order, you will need to present a copy of your order confirmation. NY taxes apply!

exchanges & store credits

We hope you adore everything you buy from Simple Goods, but if something ends up not being the right fit you can exchange or receive store credit within 14 days of the purchase date with receipt. 

For online sales, you can send it back to us for a exchange or credit within 14 days of receipt. Please fill our this form and await return confirmation email, once emailed, please send original packing and receipt back to our Bedford store. Allow 4-7 days for us to process your return. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. 

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
